ICSA is an FPGA-based selective-execution prototype that routes operations through compute or reuse-oriented paths to reduce redundant computation while preserving correct outputs.

Implemented in Verilog and synthesized for Intel FPGA hardware, ICSA is the experimental predecessor and proof layer for the broader SAGE Penrose/APX architecture.
